Megan Stanton

Megan is a seasoned professional who is passionate about her work and devoted to achieving the highest levels of success with her clients.

Megan spent the beginning of her career in academic healthcare, leading the Department of Pediatrics at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City.  During her tenure the Department achieved prominence in basic and clinical research, clinical practice, and financial viability.  Megan successfully recruited and trained countless professionals, and ran one of the largest departments in an academic hospital in the country.  Process improvement and personnel development are just two of her fundamental tenets for success.  Examining size and structure of companies and personnel, establishing workflow standard practices, recommending business and technology solutions, personal coaching, recruiting, auditing business practices and assisting clients to achieve their goals.

Megan's passion for building successful projects is demonstrated most fully on the large scale construction projects where she provides Lean consulting.  Team building at its finest goes on alongside of sequenced workflow and standardized work practices.
